Technical Support Administrator

We are looking for technical support administrator to support our payroll teams.

This is an entry level position and offers an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual looking to start a career in technical support.

Full training provided.

Closing date:

Full Time:
Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
37.5 hours per week

Salary is negotiable

Duties include:

  • Support Payroll administrators with technical queries

  • Assist with tracking and logging system issues.

  • Support the operations department with data entry on the new software

  • Assist with creating and updating system how to guides and videos

  • Support payroll admins with parallel checks of data on the old and new system

  • Assist with conversions to the new system

  • Assist with the training of staff on software enhancements

  • General administrative duties

  • Adhoc duties

Personal specifications:

  • Confidence in working with numbers

  • Good IT skills

  • Good spoken and written communication skills

  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • The ability to work well as part of a team

  • Good organisation and time management skills, for meeting strict deadlines

  • Honesty

  • Respect for confidential information
