The Problem

Antenna was using a complicated and bulky payroll system that was not working for their team. After a reduction in staff, the payroll system was not running smoothly and the payroll advisors were not always available to help when questions arose. The lack of communication and training from the payroll provider was not working for the team.

The implementation was very smooth, with training provided during each step of the process.
