Payescape is a national provider of cloud-based Payroll, Human Resources and Time & Attendance software backed up by world class customer service.
We are currently looking for a highly organised Implementation Specialist to implement clients on our HR and TLM software, powered by UKG Ready.
Full training on the UKG Ready software will be provided.
This role will be ideal for someone with a background in Implementation, Project Management, IT, or any technical/client facing role.
Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
37.5 hours per week
£24,000 - £35,000 (Negotiable depending on experience)
This is a hybrid role from our offices in Ballymoney
Engaging with clients to understand their requirements
Implement and build a solution that meets the client’s needs
Provide ongoing software support with our existing client base
Support and track the progress of the projects
Developing optimisation strategies and providing excellent customer service
Liaising with all departments within the company
Ad hoc duties as and when required
Good spoken and written communication skills, confident in speaking and presenting to external customers
Good MS Excel skills
IT proficient, ability to troubleshoot technical issues
Willingness to learn
Project management experience
Experience in implementing Time and attendance or HR software
Experience in Kronos, ADP, Mitrefinch or other ERP
