Auto Enrolment Feedback and Discussion
John Borland, Managing Director of Payescape, recently had a working breakfast with Guy Opperman, the Parliamentary Under-Secretary (Department for Work and Pensions).
Minister Opperman is keen to hear feedback regarding Auto Enrolment, and the group discussion focused on several topics including employer perceptions of the workplace pension as a valued employee benefit, and employee perceptions and feedback.
Other topics included employer experiences with the implementation of Auto Enrolment reforms and the increases to contributions in April 2017 and 2018.
