PayEscape’s background
A history steeped in
Payroll experience.
Managing Director John Borland founded PayEscape.
With over 20 years’ experience in the IT industry John started his career as a programmer. After spending a decade working on payroll systems John had a vision to revolutionise payroll processing and provide businesses with a simple and intuitive solution.
PayEscape developed an online portal to provide highly efficient communication between their customers and PayEscape’s payroll bureau. Providing all the function of an in-house payroll department at a fraction of the cost.
PayEscape established the first of many strategic partnerships.
Integrations were developed with Kashflow and Xero accounting platforms using APIs and PayEscape’s integration portfolio started to grow.
PayEscape became partner to international payroll aggregator Blue Marble.
PayEscape now manages all Blue Marble’s UK clients’ payrolls. Blue Marble was founded by Steve Sarowitz former founder and CEO of US payroll provider Paylocity.
Steve Sarowitz became an investor and Director at PayEscape.
Following the development of the PayEscape and Blue Marble relationship Steve Sarowitz became an investor and Director at PayEscape. Both John and Steve work to bring the technical advancements from the US into PayEscape’s UK solution.
Time and Attendance solutions introduced.
PayEscape introduced their Time Management solution, TimeEscape. Another leading cloud-based software with options to integrate into PayEscape’s payroll solution and other providers.
HR Management software introduced.
PayEscape launches the very latest HR management solution HR Escape to customers. Fully supported by PayEscape’s CIPD experienced team and with full integration options available.
UKG Partnership introduced.
PayEscape launches new HR and Time Management solutions powered by UKG technology.
PayEscape's Partner Programme launched.
PayEscape introduces a strategic partnership programme to enhance solution portfolio for existing clients and introduce existing solutions to the wider market.
PayEscape launches new payroll solution.
Following extensive research and investment, PayEscape launches new proprietary payroll software to meet the everchanging needs of businesses, providing an intuitive and compliant platform for future growth.
